White natural tenter process open pore

Pore remains perfectly white in all the depth, without making swelling or rounding feeling.

Feeling of bleached natural wood and extreme silkiness of topcoat confer the furniture a clean and soft aspect. Also can be made in cream and broken white colors.

Processes:
Support: Wood or Sheeting open pore (Example: like oak tenter or ash)
1.- Gun application:
Gun application 150 gr/m2 of 270020 Esfera Indoor F White 020 8:1 hardener 190202 reduced 30% water base
Once dryed, sand it with a stearate gran sand
Gun application 130 gr/m2 of 171002 AC Valpon A White 002 SMT 5:1 hardener 190069

2.- Curtain application:
Curtain application 180 g/m2 of 110128 AC Valpon F White 128 8:1 with hardener 190069
Curtain application 120 g/m2 of 171002 AC Valpon A White 002 SMT 5:1 hardener 190069
