Clear Topcoat PU 022 PU Clear Topcoat 022 Parquet HG has been used for painting the floor of pavilion Santiago Martin, where Iberostar Tenerife, Professional ACB Team plays.

Parquet varnish 120022 is distinguished by its high wear resistance and covering, as well as its appearance and hardness that perform a high degree of protection to the treated wood.

This varnish was designed for accomplishing the requirements of a high gloss topcoat for varnishing wood floors and scaffolds: high resistance, extensibility, minimum yellowing or change of color, scratch and domestic chemical resistance.

ESFERA Natural Mate, by Valresa, for INDITEX group

The Interior Design department of INDITEX group has chosen the water-based varnish 270042 Natural Mate, for ZARA HOME stores and Bershka, for its high-tech, high commitment to the environment and high input design.
ESFERA Natural Sealer-Topcoat 270042 is a water-based varnish physically drying, but it can also be mixed with a hardener for greater physical resistance (impacts, friction and wear for everyday use) and chemical (cleaning products and solvents). It is a unique product that acts as Sealer and Topcoat, thus applying two layers of the same product the process is completely finished.

The most remarkable features of this water-based varnish are its anti-reflection effect, the unalterable natural color of the wood and its soft touch. They provide a nude wood effect with a high resistance to UV by making the color remaining the same over the time (not yellowing).

National Museum Reina Sofia is located in the old General Hospital of Madrid and was inaugurated as Museum in 1992. Since its opening, the building has undergone several interventions to suit the double purpose established: Museum and Exhibition Center.

The last intervention has been an expansion of several new rooms, as an audition room and a large auditorium. In this expansion, PU Pigmented Fire Retardant Varnish from Valresa’s Tekfoc series has been used on the walls and ceilings panels as a fireproof protection. More specifically, high performance product 110040 TEKFOC Sealer PU 240 fireproof P001 and topcoat TEKFOC PU Topcoat 140 Fireproof P001 MT has been used, with color variation according to the sample provided by the design team that planned the work.

Note that this fireproof process classified in reaction against fire as CS2D0 is valid for any color of RAL or NCS color card and also according to samples provided by the customer, developed and manufactured with Valresa SYSTEM COLORS.

TEKFOC Fireproof Coatings in Santa Monica’s Museum in Barcelona

The Santa Clara Art Centre in Barcelona built in the seventeenth century as a convent and now declared Artistic Monument of National Interest, has been recently refurbished to adapt to new standards and make it more functional.
Among the various actions that has been made in the project, we highlight the treatment with Fire Retardant Coatings to react against fire, that have been applied on elements made of wood or derived from it.
For this performance, they have chosen the Water Based Fireproof Coatings for Wood, classified in reaction against fire BS2D0 according to European legislation, VALRESA’s product family named TEKFOC.  We are talking about the coating TEKFOC Topcoat AG 098 Fireproof P 002 MT with a soft and silky feeling and Mate gloss.
